To start using DelyvaX, follow these steps:
- Visit the DelyvaX website and click on the “Try now” button and follow on-page instructions.
- To request for a demo, click Request Demo to arrange a live DelyvaX demo session with our logistics consultant.
- Once you are satisfied with the demo, contact our logistics consultant to subscribe to DelyvaX and select the plan that suits your needs.
- Once subscribed, you may log in to your account and set up your company profile, delivery coverage, services, and pricing.
- If you have your own drivers, you can download the DelyvaX driver mobile app and add your drivers to your account. If you prefer to use third-party courier providers, you can connect their services to your DelyvaX account.
- You can start receiving and managing your orders through the DelyvaX platform, track the delivery status of each order, and update the delivery status as orders are fulfilled.
- You can also provide your customers with access to the customer web portal, mobile app, where they can check for rates, book a service, print labels, integrate with their eCommerce software, and track the status of their orders and receive real-time updates on their deliveries.
