How to create new coupon?
DelyvaX provides a feature where you can create a coupon for your customers. Creating a coupon is one of the marketing strategies where it is a win-win situation for both providers and consumers. Consumer interest in saving money on purchases may give you advantages as a provider in gaining more sales.
Steps:
- Go to Marketing at the left sidebar and click on “Discounts”.
- Choose “Coupons”.
- Click on “Add coupon”.
- Fill in the coupon information form.
Note: User limit is for how many coupon each user can use. Global limit is for how many user can use the coupon.
- Click on “Submit”.
How to view history for coupons used by customers?
All the coupons used by the customers will be recorded in history.
Steps:
- Go to Marketing at the left sidebar and click on “Discounts”.
- Click on “History”.
