You cannot modify your order once payment has been confirmed and a tracking number has been generated. However, you can cancel and create a new one. For cancellation, you can do so if the status is ‘Order Created’. If the status of the shipment has changed to ‘Ready’, you will need to contact our Customer Service for a cancellation request with the reason for cancellation. Refund will be credited back if your parcel is confirmed not being picked up by courier/dropped off at the courier branch. In cases where the canceled shipment was sent to the receiver, we will deduct your credit back.
