I’m unable to top up my wallet credit. What must I do?

How to Top-up your wallet credit

  1. Click on ‘Top-up”.
  2. Select your Top up plan based on the amount you will top up.
  3. Enter your top-up amount.
  4. Choose your preferred top up payment method.
  5. Click on “Confirm Top-up”.
  6. Complete your transaction.
  7. Once you have successfully top up, refresh the page and the top up amount will reflect on your credit wallet.

If the top up amount is not reflected in your credit wallet after you have completed your transaction, immediately contact our customer support via live chat.
