SPX Express Service Overview
Here’s a quick, simple breakdown of SPX Malaysia’s core delivery offerings:
Delivery Duration
- 1–3 working days within SPX Express coverage
(Delivery time may vary based on location and courier capacity)
Delivery Coverage
- Domestic delivery to all of Malaysia — West Malaysia & East Malaysia
- Not available for P.O. Box addresses
Pickup Service
- Same-day pickup for bookings made before 11:00 AM
- Pickup time: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Pickup days: Daily (except public holidays)
- No minimum pickup quantity (MOQ) — perfect for small or large sellers
Drop-Off Service
- Drop off parcels at any SPX Express Service Point.
Weight & Dimension Limits
- Max weight: 30kg
- Max dimension: Longest side cannot exceed 120cm
- Volumetric weight formula:
(Height × Width × Length) cm / 5000 - Chargeable weight = Actual weight OR Volumetric weight (whichever is higher)
