Not only we have developed a digital platform to let you book delivery services on the go, but we’ve also put our strengths in developing a trail-blazing online solution that allows companies to manage their own delivery orders seamlessly and in a cost-effective manner. We are thrilled to announce that we have been featured in the Best Startup Asia as one of “101 Top Malaysian E-Commerce Companies and Startups of 2021”

It’s worthy to share that Delyva started as a startup that developed a digital E-commerce platform to let you book delivery services on the go that eventually grew on creating our own solution DelyvaX. DelyvaX is the next-gen courier operating system that allows the business to digitalize their operations to provide better operational excellence and customer experience and be ready for IR4.0. Our journey didn’t exactly start here, so being recognized amongst the top E-commerce company in Malaysia is an honor for us.

In 2019, when we set out to start this company, our main focus was to identify and solve the existing problems in traditional delivery service providers in the courier and logistics industry, where they suffer from clunky systems, manual operations, and inefficient processes. With zero visibility of their business operations and unoptimized routing causes exceptions, delays, miss pick-ups, missing shipments & bad customer experiences, and loss in revenues. Over time, we have refined our solution to primarily serve the logistic industry in developed the platform helping them conveniently with system Integration that allows digital businesses to offer better personalization that will earn the trust and loyalty the modern businesses and consumers.

This year: 2021, here are a few things we’ve done to move inches closer to our goal.

• DelyvaX Solution – DelyvaX is the next-gen courier operating system that allows the business to digitalize their operations to provide better operational excellence and customer experience and be ready for IR4.0. DelyvaX can be used by courier express company; or on-demand companies in parcel delivery, food delivery, grocery delivery, cleaning or service delivery involving field operations; or logistics companies, or courier Aggregators companies to digitalize and modernize their businesses.
• DelyvaHub – Flexible delivery service point that adapts to your business need.

Following our hard work in round 2 of the Mass Challenge this year, this nomination is tremendously encouraging, demonstrating that our efforts are being noticed and that we are on the right route.
