Aramex – COVID-19 Rapid Antigen Self-tests Shipments into Australia

Dear Valued Customers,Please note that as per the Australian customs regulations, all shipments containing COVID-19 Rapid Antigen Self-tests should have the following documents attached:

  1. Invoice which shows the COVID-19 Test Kit’s Brand name as well as quantity and value
  2. Photos of the product in its commercial packaging
  3. Approval from the Administration of the Therapeutic Goods is also required. If the brand of a shipment is not approved, it will not be released and will be returned to you once it arrives in Australia. A list of approved Rapid Antigen Self-test brands can be found on this link:

COVID-19 Rapid Antigen Self-tests are also subject to be held by the Department of Agriculture (Australian Quarantine). This may result in a physical quarantine inspection which will incur charges. Please note that Quarantine inspection charges are 165 AUD (Inc GST). If the consignee refuses the charges, then it will be debited to the origin.If the shipment does not meet quarantine requirements and is subject to a quarantine hold, then this will either result in destruction or return. Destruction charges are also 165 AUD (Inc GST).
