Indonesian Customs Clearance Regulations
Dear DelyvaNow customers,
With immediate effects, starting on 1st August 2021, Indonesia’s Customs is updating its regulations to make it mandatory to obtain and include the local tax ID (NPWP) of consignees based in Indonesia for each consignment note.
These shipments will have to apply the Tax ID / Personal ID with the below details:
- Tax ID Number for B2B / or Identification No
- Tax ID Number / National ID / Family card Number for B2B
- Passport for foreigner
If the receiver is a company please insert company registration no and if the receiver is a personal, their identification no.
Please note that a failure to include the consignee’s identification no or passport number or any other forms of identification will result in delays in your shipment times.
Instructions on how to enter the required identification document type and the corresponding identification number will be shared with you in an email later this week. We will also keep you updated on any changes to the announced regulations as the situation evolves.
Should you require any further clarification, please contact our customer service at Livechat.
