If the courier has arrived at your location and no package is available for pickup within 5 minutes from arrival time, and you cannot be contacted or you have provided an invalid pickup address, the courier driver will continue with his route to another pickup location.
In such cases, you can inform our Customer Service to reschedule for pick up with preferred date & time (subject to courier’s availability) or you may drop off the parcel at courier branch to avoid any delay in processing your shipment.
