Cash On Delivery (COD) is available as a value-added service of the DelyvaNow platform, specifically for sellers based in rural areas. Collected cash will be remitted to a local bank account. Remittance will be made to sellers accordingly by the courier service provider as mentioned below, the status of COD is available on the DelyvaNow customer portal.

Basic100 plan:
The item value is RM250, 4% of the total RM250 is RM10.00.
Total RM250 + RM10.00 = RM260.00 is the total amount COD customers will need to pay.

First of all, you need to log into DelyvaNow Customer Portal 👇
1. Key in all the receiver and sender details
2. Declare the item correctly by putting the item prices and item descriptions accurately.
3. Choose your Malaysia courier provider either Pos Laju, Flash Express, Ninja Van, J&T Express, or DHL e-commerce for Cash on delivery (COD)
and tick on cash on delivery then you can put your collected amount and confirm payment. Then you are good to go!
