Please submit the tracking number, description of the claim, photo of the damaged parcel (if applicable) & copy of the cover note. Kindly note claim needs to be made within 14 days from the last date of shipment last updated.
DelyvaNow has the right to reject or dismiss any claim submission that does not adhere to claim guidelines or more than 14 days from the date of shipment last updated.
An insurance claim will be submitted to Senangpks via Delyva.
