  • Why my pickup status showed as failed?

    Status failed means that the courier failed to pick up on the scheduled date. To request item for pickup, you may request with Customer Service Team via Live Chat.

  • Can I cancel my order if item has been pickup?

    Once your parcel has been picked up, you unable to request a cancel order.

  • How to calculate volumetric weight of my parcel?

    Volumetric weight can be calculated by multiplying the length, width and height of a parcel (in cm) and dividing that figure by 5000 (some carriers use a divisor of 6000).

  • Why my credit account turns negative?

    You may check your transaction whether there was any under declared charged. Under declared means for your parcel weight is heavier than declared during order placement.

    For example, upon booking your weight declared as 2kg, but courier found out it was 5kg. Courier will charge on billing for that and Delyva will deduct differences on your account.

  • Can I get refund of my order if the item return to me due to delivery failed?

    If there is delivery attempt by courier and item still failed to deliver and returned to shipper, delivery fee still applicable for the order due to delivery attempts has been made.

  • Is there any DFOD service in Delyva?

    DFOD service is not available in Delyva. However, DelyvaNow do provide standard domestic delivery, international delivery, instant delivery and Cash-On-Delivery services.

  • Can I withdraw my remaining Delyva credit to my bank account?

    Your Delyva Credit is not refundable. However, you may use it anytime as it doesn’t have expiry date.

  • Is there any list of prohibited items? If so, what are they?

    You may refer here for list of prohibited items:  

    • Alcohols 
    • Creature skins / Furs / Any Animal Parts including meat / Ivory and ivory items 
    • Articles of excellent worth (e.g., masterpieces, obsolescent, valuable stones, gold and silver) 
    • Box with Hazardous name – Items sent with a Hazardous name appended will be classed in that capacity. Don’t RE USE OLD HAZARDOUS BOXES 
    • Cheques or Tickets that are not named

  • Why my order failed but the money is deducted?

    The order may fail due to insufficient or incomplete details provided. Customer may request from Customer Service Team to cancel the failed order and credit will be refunded to customer DelyvaNow account. 

  • Where customer can get POD if item did not receive?

    You may request the Proof of Delivery (POD) from Customer Service Team via Live Chat. The request may take 24 hours for courier action.

  • Can we change details of receiver/sender after an order has been created?

    No, you are unable to do so after an order being submitted. If item still not being pick up by courier, customer may request to cancel and reorder again. 

  • How to delete account?

    To delete an account, you need to inform Customer Service Team via Live Chat for assistance. 

  • Where can seller get the API key for integration?

    For integration with Delyva API, you may refer to Developer Guide via link below –https://delyva.com/my/help/integrations/developer-guide-to-integrating-with-delyva-api/  

    You may use this step for API KEY: 

    • Click on “Settings” at the left sidebar. 
    • Choose “API Integration”. 
    • Click “Add new key”. 
    • Key in API key name and click “Create & view”. 
    • Copy the API key and click on “Done”.
  • How to partner with Delyva?

  • Where customer can view the tracking list of COD payment that being paid?

    You’ll receive apps notification and you may check it via your DelyvaNow account in Apps and web portal.

  • Can COD being apply for international shipping?

    Unfortunately no. Cash-On-Delivery (COD) currently is only applicable for Domestic Delivery which on anywhere within Malaysia.

  • How will COD payment being transferred to seller?

    Delyva Finance Department will credit the payment to seller’s account. Sellers will need to update their bank account information in Setting. For payment, you will get email notifications once the payment have been transferred to your account. 

     

  • How customer can check payment for COD?

    You may check status of COD in DelyvaNow customer portal > Analytics > COD.

  • Which courier services are available?

  • What are your rates like?

    Whether you send 1, 10, or 100 parcels a day, DelyvaNow users enjoy cheaper shipping rates typically reserved for bigger companies. No minimum commitment or contract is required. 

    DelyvaNow offers a wide range of delivery services from next-day delivery to runner services and more. To get more accurate rates, we highly suggest using the rates calculator. It is also available in your dashboard when you sign in. 

    Just fill in the address/postcode and weight of the item. Then click get rates and you will see the services available and the rates.

    How to pay for delivery? 

    You can top up credits into your DelyvaNow account and credits will be deducted from your account for every completed booking, based on the actual delivery rate.

  • How to pay for deliveries?

    First, you need to top up credits into your account. Then, credits will be deducted accordingly for every delivery or jobs booked.

    To make life even easier, you can also link a credit card to your DelyvaNow account. We will charge your card on weekly basis based on the amount used.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept online banking, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers. Cash payment by sender or receiver is available only for Matdespatch services.

    You can also purchase credits via e-wallet such as Touch N Go, Boost, WeChat Pay, or Alipay.

  • How long until my credits expire?

    Credits will expire in 12 months from your last top up date. You can continue to enjoy Poslaju special rate for the specific top up plan until you change to a different top up plan. For example, if you are on RM5,000 plan and you choose to top up with a RM50 plan, your new rates will follow that of RM50.

  • Is there any contract?

    No contract is needed to start creating shipments using DelyvaNow shipping platform. There is also no volume commitment to enjoy discounted shipping rates and pickup service.

  • Can I cancel and get refund?

    You may cancel a shipment before our delivery partners is on the way to collect. Credits deducted will go back into your account. However, this does not apply to delays and account credits are not refundable. Read here.

  • Are my shipments insured?

    There is basic liability coverage of up to RM200. You may also opt for premium insurance for as low as RM1. Click here to read on how to purchase insurance.

  • Do you offer more discount?

    In addition to already discounted shipping rates when you sign up, you can also get free credits, free flyers, and free SMS delivery status updates with the top up plans.
